This company has old fashioned values of care. Mum is 93 and has dementia. Her boiler failed and they prioritised a visit the same day. The boiler needed a part replaced under the Worcester Bosch guarantee so they sorted that out for us. In the interim they did a temporary fix so Mum had heating so she was comfortable to stay at home - a godsend as we didn't think she would cope coming to stay in our home. Worcester Bosch replaced the part the next day. I then had a phone call from Wilson Plumbing the next day to check all was OK. 100% respect for being so caring and being so solution focused to support a vulnerable adult. Thank you.

Boiler serviced today by Nick who has looked after the boiler since new (about 7 years old now). Never had a problem with the boiler in all this time. Nick is friendly and explains the process as he is carrying out the work. First class.

Called Wilson P&H after trying many other engineers that were unable to attend for several days, even though we had no heating or hot water! Great service thanks to Craig and his team of engineers. He came out and assessed what my heating system required both before and prior to the installation. The engineer Ross and Lewis worked very effectively throughout the replacement of a new boiler and pipework with radiators. Nothing was to much to ask.

I was looking for someone to come and have a look at my boiler, which kept losing pressure. I found this company through the internet; dropped into their office in Redcar and an engineer came out the same day. The engineer looked around; at the boiler, radiators and bathroom; and we discussed my options. I decided to have a new boiler installed as mine was ten years old. They emailed me a quote the same day. The price was very competitive and I decided to go ahead. They turned up first thing in the morning at 7.30am on the day we agreed. The whole team, including apprentices, were very professional, laying protective covers over the carpets and keeping me updated throughout the morning. They were done by lunch time. Absolutely fantastic service, I expected weeks of stress and plumbers cancelling or not turning up on time, but not with this company: the job was done the same week as the quotation and completed in 3 hours by their engineer, Ross. I would highly recommend.

From my first contact with Diane Wilson to final install and commissioning the service was outstanding. I had very urgent deadlines due to a lack of heating, and Wilson's juggled their workload to accommodate this. Work on site was efficient, clean and tidy, and everybody who came to the house were helpful and friendly. I don't have enough words to praise them adequately.

Wilson Plumbing and Heating carried out our boiler and gas fire service. They arrived on time the cleared and tidied up after completing the servic,e and went on to explain what he had done. I requested Paul the engineer that the boiler flow temperature be adjusted which he did, and told us that the boiler was 98% efficient. All in all a good experience and work carried out by experienced engineers.

This company was easy to arrange a boiler service with. Steve the gas service engineer came on time, he went through the whole boiler in detail ensuring it was functioning safely. Contacted Wilson plumbing to remove an old boiler and refit a new one in the garage. They provided quotes and explained options clearly. They accommodated for us going away with a range of installation dates.

THE VERY ELDERLY 2 BOILER SYSTEM AT OUR CHURCH FINALLY DIED (ALSO SPARE PARTS WERE OBSOLETE). CRAIG, GAVE US A VERY QUICK AND REASONABLE QUOTE AND AFTER APPROVAL, STARTED THE NEXT DAY. I was experiencing problems with my boiler recently which prevented me from having any heating or hot water. After ringing Wilson’s and explaining my situation (having a young child) they were able to send an engineer to assess the boiler the same day. Parts were fitted the following day and heating restored! Fantastic service, and very competitively priced.

Paul arrived bang on time and started the boiler service. He identified a problem with a worn seal, showed me the defective part, then asked if I wanted him to replace it straight away quoting me the price. As he carried spares on the van he replaced the worn seal and gave the boiler a clean bill of health

I needed to quickly find someone to repair my 94 year old mum's Combi Heating Boiler. Living 90 miles from her these things are often difficult to arrange. A Google search found Wilson's and I couldn't be more pleased. Wendy, a very pleasant and efficient lady answered the phone listened to my problem and quickly arranged for the lovely engineer Steve to go round to mum's and 'sort things out'. As winter draws in I wanted to get out boiler serviced and Paul came out the same day. We had been experiencing some intermittent hot water issues and he quickly got to the bottom of a leak and fixed the issue as part of the service. Wilsons are the very best there is. Every time I have used them, I have been absolutely delighted with the way they conduct their business. They are always professional, friendly, fast and efficient. On Monday evening my daughter's boiler went wrong. I contacted Diane at Wilson Plumbing and Heating Ltd the following morning. By Tuesday lunchtime their engineer Steve came out to fix it. Unfortunately, it was a very old boiler and dangerous so had to be condemned. My daughter was very worried that she wouldn't have heating and hot water for a long time and at this time of year that was a big worry. However, this lovely company worked hard to ensure that wasn't the case and even though there had to be landlord approval for a new boiler. They sorted all of that directly with him. By Wednesday lunchtime engineers Ryan and Nick were back to install a brand-new boiler and by later that afternoon she had hot water and heating back. This is not the first time we have used Wilsons and most definitely won't be the last because I don't believe there is service as good anywhere.

I've used Wilson multiple times and every time they've been exceptional.
Ross is an assett to the team and has been out the last two times, hes polite, friendly and efficient. We moved in to a bungalow that had the hot and cold back to front (not ideal having a hot toilet triggering the boiler whenever you flush!) He managed to remove the tiles obstructing the pipes neatly, squeezed himself into a gap and put it the right way!
Absolutely cannot fault their professionalism as a company.

New boiler installed by Ross completed with great efficiency. He and his mate worked tirelessly and finished the job within the allocated hours. These are two of the best workers I have seen in a long time. Very highly recommended.

Yesterday I had a water leak wetting the wall of my dining room. I rang Diane and she helpfully sent an engineer within the hour to my address. Ross the engineer saw the leak was from under the bath so had to remove part of the side. The leak stopped, I had water for the evening and further damage was reduced. I can't thank them enough!

Had a new boiler fitted last week by Ross. Very neat job, he rectified some problems done by a previous installer, a pipe was not fully soldered and was potentially leaking gas!
